"Pyanse" is a type of street food circulated in the Far East of Russia. This juicy steam bun with cabbage-meat filling and spices. Thanks to the ingredients, the taste of the "Pyanse" is unique and unrepeatable. In a basis of the steamed buns are traditional dishes of Korean cuisine, but in Russia the toppings make it less spicy than in their historic homeland. "Pyanse" not fried, and steamed, which gives it a distinctive appearance and flavour. Making up the dough does not use eggs and milk that can please supporters of lean cuisine. Available also the version with kimchi - spicy cabbage, which is the main dish in Korea. "Pyanse" is already loved by the residents of a dozen cities of Russia. Pyanse is monoproduct.
