Barbazan is Radisson Royal Hotel restaurant on the Nevsky Pr.. Excellent Beef carpaccio and seafood grill, but unfortunately poor service. Regarding atmosphere, difficult to say, we were alone in the restaurant with the young waiter.
Service is be trainee is very poor when not supervised beside that food is good.
