The first restaurant In St. Petersburg with the famous Japanese grill "robata". The concept was based on the famous Japanese robat grill (with Japanese "by the fire"). Its history began long ago in the fishing villages of the northern island of the Hokkaido archipelago. Thanks to the three-tier design, the "Robata" allowed the fishermen to cook various products at the same time, bringing them to the desired condition. Having reached our times, the legendary grill suffered some changes, however, it has retained its main value - the way of cooking dishes on the "robata" is considered to be gentle and useful.
