The Dutch cuisine in Kronstadt was the first "culinary studio" in Russia, where every cook, in fact, the chef, could show the best professional skills in the preparation of good and plentiful food and, after borrowing the most delicious recipes from neighbors, surprise them with his team. Mixing flavors, quality and diversity, we tried to translate into the menu of the restaurant.
