We were here during the White Festival when Nevsky prospect turned into a pedestrian street. We had delicious coffee / tea and cakes. Service was good. It was a crazy busy night and the service was still good.
If this is the restaurant on the mezzanine, food was awful and service non existent with attitude.Two of their bills of beluga caviar and champagne got put on our bill. After we noticed it and brought it to their attention it was corrected.
