A fire chamber for 14 hours at a low temperature turns a juicy piece of beef into a fragrant smoked brisket - it also becomes the main character in our kitchen. We add it to sandwiches, branded rolls and omelets, as well as serving solo. Beer lovers and wine lovers will find the perfect match for their meal.
