Neft bar (literary "oil" in English) is in the South of the city on Neva river. Guests of our bar is reliant on it as Russia is dependent on oil, you ask why? It's obvious: Only here you dig into the unique atmosphere. Our special teas and home-made liqueurs seem to be the best accompaniment for business meetings and dates.
