Cucina is "kitchen" in Italian. The name itself describes the concept and the identity of the restaurant. Cucina, Hyatt hotel's main restaurant, offers Mediterranean-style cuisine and Russian favourites in a modern and colourful setting. Exclusive, fresh products are visible in the show kitchen section, on the buffet and in displays. During all three meal periods chefs grill, oven bake and fry in front of the guests' eyes. Enjoy an excellent choice of popular and exclusive food from our highly experienced chefs every season! Service continues throughout the day, whether for a quick snack, a business lunch, a relaxed afternoon tea or dinner with friends and family. A private dining area for up to 20 guests is located at the far end of the restaurant, offering the ideal spot for small business luncheons and family celebrations. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor overlooking the River Iset and the Church on the Blood. Cucina is accessible through a dedicated lift or via lifts from all floors for external and in-house guests.
