ABOUT US We are Lilia and Valentin Kuzyakin, and Engels is our little family business. We travel a lot and each time going back to home, we try to put our impressions in a plate of waffles and share it with you. Thus waffles with texas pulled pork BBQ, malsalted salmon, truffle ranch sauce with capers, fresh berry, blueberry sauce and marshmallow came to our menu.Therefore, we are sure there are no such waffles neither in Brussels, nor in Vienna and Kuala-Lumpur. They are only here, in Ekaterinburg. We are true technomaniacs ready to give the shirt for a cool coffee-machine. So, only the world's best devices are there in our cafes: SYNESSO and VICTORIA ARDUINO. Along with their beautiness, they produce a perfect espresso and firm brand cappucino crema. Tasty meal is made of excellent products as well as qualitative coffee is made of the best beans. Accordingly, we cook scramble only from farm eggs, salt salmon and make sauces ourselves only. Likewise, our coffee is freshly roasted SPECIALITY class from one of the best roasters in Russia.
