Here, in Gastroli, we cook simple, but very engaging food. The heart of our restaurant is our open kitchen - it sets the rhythm and mood of our institution. The kitchen is built around two stoves, wood and coal, in which we fry meat and vegies and bake bread and pizza, smoke pastrami and fish. Drinks are just like food craft beer, interesting selection of wines at fair prices, and a small, but verified cocktail card. Our interior is the maintenance of our cuisine laconic, without unnecessary frills, a bit rough, but simply intelligent and exciting.
