About
Dear guest! We are glad to see you at our homestead! The building was built in the 19th century and it belonged to a well-known merchant of those times. We try to keep to the old-time traditions not only through the design of the dining hall, but also through the quality of our dishes. The recipes of the most of our dishes were taken from the cookbook of the 19th century "The new educational book for housewives" ( i ). The book was published in Ernst Lissner and J. Roman's printing house in 1893. You can find parts of those recipes on the pages of our menu.
