BlinClub has a unique format, combining traditional russian and authors cuisine, based on natural ingredients, most of them (f.e. cherry jam and cold boiled pork) are handmade and prepared in the cafe. Our menu is based on pancakes (blins in russian) with meat, fish, vegetable, cheese, mushroom and sweet fillings.
