Great pancakes (blinchiki) and awesome tea. Prices are very affordable. The atmosphere is made a bit too traditional, lots of funny decorations, but it’s kind of also nice. We have returned here three times. Closes quite early in the evening.

This place is good for a quick lunch/dinner. Good service, plenty of choice, cheap prices. dumplings with Suluguni cheese are great.
Food is very good and very cheap, dumplings with Suluguni cheese is awesome, Kvas (bread drink) is home made. very good tea, service fast. we think it is best place in Rostov.
