In this hi-tech globalized world we live in, Arabic street food lost its roots, taste and fans. Falafel became fancy, Shawerma was stuffed in baguettes, and hummus turned pink. A bunch of food patriots joined together, and promised to unite and make a stand. With genuine roots, and a great belief in original Arabic dishes, we dusted off grandma's recipes, rolled up our sleeves and got down to business.
