It is the oldest restaurant in Arandjelovac, the hart of umadija region in Serbia. umadija, is considered as a typical Serbian region that still keeps all the ethnic Serbian traditions. Specifically, restaurant "Aleksandar" is well known as an exclusive restaurant, where the royal Serbian family Karadjordjevic used to have meals, arrange meetings with the Orthodox Sebian church leaders and where they have held important events that shaped Serbian history later on.
