Named for Japan's god of fishermen, the stylish rooftop Ebisu, offers an elegant terrace overlooking Belgrade's most charming historic neighbourhood and authentic Japanese cuisine by our team of chefs. Sourcing high quality ingredients from Japanese markets across Europe, our team selects only the finest sushi grade fish, Pacific Tuna and Adriatic Sea bass, to Norwegian Salmon, which is brought in fresh, twice a week. With expertly crafted sushi comprising half of Ebisu's menu, our chefs devote equal care to their selection of classic Japanese dishes that range from salmon Aburi, noodles soups and spring rolls, through soft shell crab and Teppanyaki grilled meat and seafood. To accent this exacting cuisine, the carefully stocked bar presents Japan's very best beer, wine, and spirits. With a curated collection of sake, offered dry, semi dry and premium, top Japanese rice lagers, and aged, single malt Japanese whiskeys, as well as, a Saketini Menu featuring an array of innovative Japanese inspired cocktails.
