Mosaic restaurant is a place for gourmands to enjoy, socialize and relax. For us, food preparing is not a formality, but a chance for our head chef to express his creativity and surprise you. It is also the chance for our guests to enjoy and be inspired. The restaurant is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m. and all guests willing to try something new and enjoy their meals while watching the busy life of Belgrade pass them by are welcome. All tables are turned toward Knez Mihailova Street, with a view through big transparent glass windows. In the restaurant we prepare exquisite meals of national, regional and Mediterranean cuisine, with an accent on light and healthy bites. The restaurants A la carte offer is modified to meet the needs of hotel guests, businessmen that come for a business lunch, families, romantic couples and friends. During autumn and until New Years Eve, our restaurant is a place for young and talented musicians and their performances. The famous Mosaic bar is joined with the restaurant, so after lunch or dinner, you can choose various drinks, try aromatic cocktails or famous regional and world wine brands or order premium coffee blends. For guests with a sweet tooth we recommend waffles with fruits and chocolate toppings, ice cream or home-made cakes.
