Pontian is a noodle chain at Kovan market which is popular for their signature fried wanton or dumplings. My partner and I were here to gobble some fried dumplings before we headed back to Sydney. The crispy and flavourful dumplings were absolutely a delight – I could not remember how many or how quickly we pop the little goodie in our gut.
