Taste : 4.0 / 5Price to Value : 4.5 / 5Cleanliness : 3.5 / 5Atmosphere : 3.0 / 5Service : 3.5 / 5Order : Katong Laksa (SGD 6.50 for Medium size)One of famous laksa in Singapore, this dish contain vermicelli (rice noodles), bean sprouts, shrimp, blue mussel, fish cake (I think) and laksa broth with colour orange to red. I like it except blue mussel which left strange taste on my mouth, other than blue mussel were very good on taste and not overcooked. Its broth remind me an Indonesian dish called ‘Lontong Medan’, which used coconut milk and dried shrimp as its ingredients, however the difference, laksa broth has stronger shrimp aroma and taste. Medium size of this menu is quite big enough to fill my hungry stomachThis menu is a must try, especially when it is raining. Fortunately it is raining when we try this great laksa 🙂
