3 people dined on friday night this was our first steamboat experience and it was pretty great. We picked Sichuan base and normal chicken broth base with lots of seafood, chicken and vegetables. I have to say service was amazing the waitress was extremely helpful which made our experience even better. Food was incredibly tasty; full of spice and complex flavours. I think the sauce she made for us has at least 20 ingredients which somehow all worked in the end. I love the way each ingredients are prepared too. Although i wasn’t keen on chicken bits which had skins – i think i would prefer clean chicken breasts but thats just me. Total bill was $230 which is not cheap but I think its worth it.
