After dining at all the restaurants within the Orchard Parade Hotel, I can boldly claim that Kam Boat Teochew is the best of them; although if you’re not so familiar (as I am) with genuine Chinese and Cantonese dishes, you’ll have to research a bit before dining in here. Ambiance is modest, service is excellent and food is as authentic as can be. For seafood lovers, there’s a live counter with fish, shrimp, etc.Taste – 4.7/5Ambiance – 4.1/5Service – 4.8/5Economy – 3.8/5
Delectable fresh seafood dishes with top-grade service. Restaurant interior is clean and not overly decorated. Dishes took a little while to be served, but the presentation and taste made up for it. Try the bamboo clam and lobster noodles for a delicious and filling treat!
