One of the best halal buffet options in Singapore. The indian dishes and desserts are some of the best you could get in Singapore.. a little more space would have made a significent difference in the.ambience
It is surprise me on how there is a halal certificate resto in a such prominent hotel like Grand Hyatt. I salute and believe that the management of this hotel has successfully catch the moment of growing moslem’s tourist in the world. In terms of food, I recommend its duck fried rice, red coconut bread and laksa. All tasted authentic and perfectly choice to start a day. The hotel location is just a walking distance from orchard road, one of the famous street in Singapore.
I tried the ala carte menu at this time, not the buffet. Thus my review is about the ala carte menu. Food was delicious eventhough the menu was not too various. Good ambient, good hospitality, portion was normal and enough for one person, staff was helpful and can adjust your order to your preference. Worth to visit.#hyattsingapore #chinesefood
Buffet with a wide range of variety from many different Asian cuisine. Great ambience. I started my dinner at the Indian corner. I particularly liked the Butter Chicken, The Lamb, and Tandoori. Otah at Malay section was also my favorite! If you’re looking for a wide variety of halal food under one roof, this is the place to head to.
A great buffet display of many good dishes to choose from in many styles. The sea food was very fresh and tasted delicious. The wines were excellent, a bit pricy, but that is to be expected for this quality in Singapore. I highly recommend to combine the diner with a drink at the grand Hyatt bar one floor higher.
Their peranakan food is not very authentic but nice and acceptable for us. When the time we come is not very crowded so the ambience was nice and the waiter quite attentive. Our order are pork pong tay, butter prawn, satay chicken, crab fu yong and bakwan crab soup.
I stayed in Hyatt last year and Hyatt offers multiple exciting dining options including western and Asian cuisine at StraitsKitchen. The breakfast buffet at StraitsKitchen which is a Singapore inspired restaurant was outstanding. The restaurant serves best of local cuisine in a market place setting with stations serving American, Chinese, Malay and Indian cuisine to accommodate everyone’s palate. We really loved our breakfast at StraitsKitchen and the variety of food and fresh fruit & detox juice options. Ambience of the restaurant is good and it was worth every penny.Overall, the restaurant offers a huge range of dishes, from traditional to innovative, and almost all of them taste spectacular. The service was good- the servers are knowledgeable about the menu, and also extremely courteous.
