For me this is one best char kuay teow in SG! What stands out for me is the generous amount of egg being used in the char kuay teow, giving the dish a luscious texture which leave a pleasurable aftertaste on the palette. With good amount of pork lard used, paired with the other condiments, lup cheong and cockles brings it all together. Yummy in my belly!
