This is my first time eating original handmade Kway Chap. I was interested in trying hawker food in SG and pretty curious with the Kway Chap’s queue even the uncle owner has not opened his stall.Yet the queue is worth to wait and I constantly love it. The soup tastes similar to bakut teh and the kway chap is very thin. It is thinner than kwaytiau. I don’t like pork intestine tbh, but I must said it was well-cut and great. The bean was also rich of herbs, better to dip it with their homemade chilli sauce.Considering the soup comes family’s recipe, this is one of the hawker foods I have found in SG.
