Chicken cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The rice has its own level of flavor separate from the chicken, and they both go hand-in-hand as a perfect symphony. The only problem that I have, however, is that for the price you are paying, you should get more. Other chicken rice vendors in the same hawker center even offer soup and side veggies to up the ante. Still, worth the queue though. If the meal isn’t enough, there are a lot of other good dishes in the area but I will reserve the mention in a separate review.

The world famous Chicken rice, according to my fellow eater it wasn’t as good as he expected it to be, after waiting for 15-20 minutes in a queue the served rice and chicken were both cold and the portion served for $5 was too less. Not sure why people queue up here and why is it so famous.
Got another recommendation from friends and food blogger. Located in maxwells food centre, we walked a bit far and traveled with MRT to reach this place from our hotel at orchard. It was worth to walk. The food was so good, rich flavor and so cheap. I love the chicken so much!
