Being a tourist in this country Im looking for some authentic traditional dish just to try so we came in. The staffs are friendly. They accommodate all our requests and questions regarding the food. They have nice concept of the place like an underground tunnels. All food we tried tasted great. Ambiance is perfect.
Very nice old style restaurant.Good atmosphere and nice decoration.Friendly staff.We ordered chicken steack with mushroom sauce and cranberries which was very tasty and fulfilling.Also we had crispy roasted duck thights, roasted pork rolls with sauerkraut and dumplings which was also very good.Fair prices.
Restauracia v centre mesta, kde menu za bezni cenu nenajdete. Menu obsahuje polievku, hlavne jedlo a strudlu. Cena menu je od 10€ a viac, sice jedlo chuti dobre, ak porovna cenu a kvalitu, je to premrstene. Vzhladom na cestu, asi si sa tu dlhsie nezastavim
I don’t ever take the time to write bad reveiws unless something made an impression on me so much I feel I have to. I was terribly shocked by the staff’s attitude.I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend on Valentin’s night. Not like we were looking for a romantic place or anything, but still this place looked OK from the outside. We wanted to try the slovakian traditional food advertised on their front door. When asked about the garlicc soup and another typical dish, the waiter only replied: No soup and no dish, and was still waiting for our decision. 30 seconds later he was back again, and we had to ask him for more time. Apparently the guy was in a hurry and wouldn’t leave until we ordered. The food we ordered was dull and mildly warm. 10 minutes after starting to eat, the waiter had already put the bill on the table and was on our backs expecting to be paid. 2 times while we were eating he came back for payment, until I told him to let us finish our diner in peace and that we would be paying once we were done. This is the first time in my life that I’ve had to do this. This place was the biggest waste of money and time I have ever experienced. We all left extremely frustrated and angry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE! This was a truly horrible experience and left a black mark on our otherwise beautiful time in Bratislava.
