In the beginning, there was one young broken heart and today there is a team of mature coffee enthusiasts. We are minimalists, and some of us are annoying perfectionists. Coffee and coffee roasting is a part of our lives. Every one of us is different and we all put a piece of ourselves in the coffee we make. Perfectionism, egoism, love, and faith are in every coffee bean we roast.
