Service was good. However, we did not enjoy the food very much. We had Krummelpap but the tomato salsa it came was laden with sugar and too sweet. We also ordered the health breakfast but the yoghurt was off. Having said that, the roosterbrood was good.

Gisters is unpretentious and serves wonderful tea/coffee and cakes, breakfasts and lunches. We had the Lemon Meringue and Cheese Cake and would definitely go back for more. Service was impeccable and the atmosphere old school Eastern Cape. Thoroughly enjoyable!
