The service is not up to par, it is hard to phone in an order and they may sometimes get your order wrong and then take up to 2 hours getting your order to you. I think its best when you visit the restaurant. Honestly the poorest service out of all the other fast food joints I frequent I think. Meh.
The service in the Grahamstown branch is one of the poorest I’ve seen yet. It is a mission to get an order in, especially if you want to place an order via phone call. It takes multiple tries and dedication to finally get through however once you get through the delivery is fairly quick. Convenient for students that don’t have time to have a sit down meal. Super affordable , their chicken is amongst the best I’ve had from any of the franchises.
Horrible service. They never answer they’re telephones for deliveries either. Plus, the food is just dry and putrid. Disgusting. Never eating from a steers again.
While this may not be the best Steers I’ve ever been to, it was definitely the quickest. The only fault was the presentation, which looked thrown together. Otherwise it was delicious.
