While talking about restaurants amongst friends, the topic of how amazing W Cafe came up in conversation.FoodOn my recent revisit, it reconfirmed that assessment. I always make sure to go for the lunch time buffet – a wide variety of filling food made with Woolworths’ produce is a winning formula. Their coffee is good, and organic. An example of the selection from last time: bobotie, hummus topped with pomegranate and accompanied by fresh pita, marinated chicken skewers, couscous salad, spinach baked with pastry, chicken baked in a creamy sauce, beetroot salad topped with double cream yoghurt.AmbienceOne of the best places to have breakfast/brunch in Bloem. Wonderful sunny seating that looks out onto the waterfront. Eating in malls doesn’t always have to be an experience without ambience.PriceReasonable for the price. Averaging to 120-140 (2018) for buffet menu + a coffee. Very filling. You get your money’s worth.ServiceService is a bit slow, but since the food is self service for the buffet, the only issue is getting your beverage and paying, which isn’t difficult if you just wave over your waiter.

The service was awful maybe it’s because it was full but we were forced to share a table with a very rude and hostile family. The waitresses took long to take our order but kept helping the other side of our table.

One of my favorite places to go for luch. The service is good. Sometimes when there are a lot of customers you have to wait a little while longer, but it’s still worth it. I appreciate that they are willing to do special requests. Like swapping avo for onion marmalade or using a croissant for one of the sandwiches al though it is not an option on the menu.

We had such a terrible experience, we were running errands and decided to pop in for a quick lunch. We (my family and I) were received waitress/host who insisted that the five of us squeeze around a table for four because and she felt that it would be too much for her to put two tables to be able to accommodate 5.
