Beef strips were rectangle pieces of meat of which one was a blob of raw sinews. Was also dry and difficult to cut. Sent it back and asked to have it removed from account but another plate was returned by manager. More palateable but the sinew blob was returned just cookeda bit more. Told waitress, she took it away and that was that. Chicken strips very small and quite dry. Halloumi very thin slices. Previous occasion they didn’t even have mince!! Needless to say they won’t see me again. Manager did not return at all just stood against the wall. Husband’s steak also not up to scratch. Definitely not good value for money!!
The Caramello’s franchise has been quite successful but I personally there isn’t a lot that draws you in or makes you want to come back. The cafe moca choca was good and the presentation was good. The croissant that I ordered was microwaved and turned from chewy to a rusk in a matter of moments. Not sure if they will see me again.
