They have a really good vanilla ice cream. That’s it. Don’t expect much else with the food, It goes from okay to bad. The russians and chips are okay. The Sunday plates are okay. The vanilla cone is the stand out.
Went there tonight on my way home from work.Waited an hour and no one helped me, Despite all other vehicles around me being served I was just continually ignored.
I went with my daughter this evening to buy some chips as we were making homemade burgers. We were singing in the car and in a very good mood.In was then approached by one of the waiters without being greeted and when i told her i wanted chips she said small, medium or large. I asked what the size of the medium was and she crossed her hands and pushed it into her stomach and stared into the distance. i said please get me a large and she left to place the order.Myself and my daughter kept on singing in the car and having laugh while we wait.She came with the bag and basically chucked it on my lap and grabbed the money out of my hand, she then gave me the change and i thought she had given me too little i called her back and i was told that i should learn to count while she continued to walk away.While i was approaching the window she pointed very angrily at me and said that i should apologize to her. I told the manager and he said very reluctantly that he will take it up with the owner.Why i am writing this review is because this is not the first time this has happened to me at that burger Deluxe.The staff are always in a bad mood, Never get greeted, Never get good service. It appears that you as a customer is an inconvenience for them.I left and i will never go back there again. The worst! The absolute pitts!!
