This has been one of our BEST restaurants for over 20 years and they never let us down. Â HOWEVER, we were there on Friday night and it was an absolute disaster. Â They had sent out sms’s saying that there was a special on Sushi on Friday and it was chaos. Â The service was ABSOLUTELY shocking. Â It took us about 40 minutes to get our bottle of Verve Champagne that we ordered. Â The wait for the sushi was in excess of an hour and our main meals did not arrive at the same time.The toilets were in a dreadful state, with not wipes to wipe your hands, except flimsy little tissues to wipe the door handle ??Villa, you will definitely see us again, but if I was a first time client, you would NEVER see me again. Â Don’t bring the standard of your restaurant down in order to have a full restaurant. Â I think the damage could be long lasting. Â We don’t go to Villa to have to fight the mobs!
