Healthy made easy. These guys are very health and fitness minded. I buy their meals 2-3 times a week for dinner and at R30 per meal there just isn’t a tastier, more sustainable and healthy way to eat. Their food is prepared per order and on the day I want it so it’s always fresh. It saves me time and most importantly money. They also deliver 🙂
