Been here a few time and I am just not feeling it. There is always something not quite right. Whether it is lack of wipes because the delivery wasn’t on time or the slow disinterested waitrons, I am just not sure. The tomato mozzarella starter wasn’t great, so the meal started off on a bad note for me. Perhaps I have been unlucky, but I am just not feeling it.
Located in a small shopping centre and overlooking the parking lot this is still a quaint restaurant. With inside and outside seating you have a choice as to what view you prefer. Service is generally good although once coffee has been served the waiters tend to go MIA. My friend had a vegetable cannelloni which she really enjoyed and I had the prawn pasta. The tomato based sauce is excellent but the prawns were overcooked to the point of being rubbery. We also shared Zucchini fries which is a portion big enough to share. The batter needs seasoning though. However, the menu has a great variety and we will be back.
This is a friend’s home away from home and I joined her for lunch this past weekend. We shared Zucchini fries as a starter – the portion is generous but the fries lacked seasoning. For mains had the vegetable canneloni which is a firm favourite. I decided to treat myself to the prawn pasta. The tomato based sauce it is served with is amazing, unfortunately the prawns were overcooked and as a result rather unpleasant as they were rubbery. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and service is great.
All I can say is YUM! The food is incredible. The tagliatelle is cooked to perfection. Explosive flavors from the first bite. The pizzas are sooo good. Thin base. The milkshakes, perfect. The desserts and ice cream however, not good at all. But everything else – great!
