Lovely vibe. Very classy atmosphere. Great for a high tea. The food is quite pricey. Would like to visit again to try the breakfast buffet. The shop has great novelty gifts and crafts. The waiter was not friendly.
We went for breakfast. There were 3 of us. We had a scone, 2 of us had poached eggs & 1 slice of toast each. 4 cappuccinos and a very small orange juice. The bill was R320. As the poached eggs were not on the menu, we worked it out that we were charged about R60 each for the poached eggs. The cappuccinos were in the tiniest cups I have ever seen. Such a rip off. A really nice place to eat, breakfast buffet is really great, good quality foods, you don’t feel like you are being fed bulk bought items. Chef staff at buffet are great. Really helpful and humble. Owner/managers are extremely welcoming. Pricing is very reasonable. You do not feel rushed and feel free to relax.
