Manelito is a little hidden gem. Its pretty much as Portuguese as you can get. It has a homely relaxed atmosphere as well as fun and friendly staff. The food is average, but if you include the ambiance, the people and the whole experience its definitely worth a visit on a night out.
Manelito is the most authentic Portuguese restaurant I have ever been to – the food is amazing and great value for money. It feels like you are part of the family when dining at Manelito. We start getting withdrawal symptoms if we don’t go often.
Visited on a busy Friday night service was ok we didn’t book, as we thought it wasn’t necessary so we ended up waiting for a table which was fine. The decor was authentic and had a homely feel to it. The food is once again ok good portion size. We had prawns for a side dish and that was the best and second to that I would say the Sole was good.
