Went there for the friday night and only left after 11 , the atmosphere was great, the place neat and tidy, the service good. The food I had(Chicken strips and chips) was surprisingly good. I popped in the next morning for an omelette (which was simply delicious) and ended up staying much longer than anticipated. It’s a very relaxing environment, have a nice jukebox, pool table, and all the things you expect from a good bar. They will see me this saturday morning again for my breakfast.
Popped in for a quick visit and decided to try some good old pub grub. Turned out tone a great decision, the food is really good. I tried a curry and rice and it is a proper curry, not just a watered down curry flavored stew one so often finds. My daughter tried the chicken strips and also thoroughly enjoyed her meal. I will definitely return.
