Worst pizza ever. Bought 2 pizzas and chips. Food took forever to come. When it came, the pizza was tasteless and wasnt even cut into slices. The chips were like potatoes that were cut into quaters with some gloopy paste all over it. Dont make the mistake of wasting your money and going there. Called the manager and he had the nerve to say they have been there for 63 years. Terrible experience.
Ordered on Mr Delivery yesterday. The chicken on the toasted chicken mayo sandwich was bone dry, I could hardly chew it. The steak on the steak sandwich which was supposed to be medium, was completely overcooked. The chips were old and cold. The cheese sauce on the chips was mealy.I ordered a 440ml juice and a 350ml was delivered. The double chocolate milkshake was tiny. Completely overpriced for food I threw away because it was inedible.
ordered a few times from them.some of the stuff is not friendly at times.food is good, can be a bit on the salty side., if you love chips order as a side because the ones that come with you meal are small.Blondie is recommended 😛
While eating in a car isnt for everyone this is an interesting experience. Sunday lunch was yum, on a lap, in a car, in the rain. You could well be back in the 90’s or at a drive in. Its old school with some charm, the food is big, tasty, simple and honest. Served with a smile onto the window- tray! I took someone who had never been to a roadhouse, and it was a fun, retro experience. Prices are very reasonable, the portions are gargantuan and the place was crazy busy when we were there, people in the cars ranging in age from 18 – 80 and thats always a charm. Word of warning: the menu is huge, so if you have a ditherer make sure they narrow their choices before you arrive!
