Poor service. The manager aggressively confronted us when her waitress got an order wrong and then persisted in blaming us for the mistake made. The manager started shouting at us accusing us of having an attitude. It is clear that Chicago cafe only Caters to their needs and not the customers. When trying to come to a compromise we were made to feel unwelcome.
Excellent outdoor area. Atmosphere is of a true café, great menu and drink choices, with their milkshakes being some of the nicest around. Situated in a prime location surrounded by other restaurants and shops, definitely worth the visit! I will return
I have eaten here more than once out of convenience. The service is shocking. Recently was brought the wrong meal, but i could not flag down a waitress or manager to tell this to. I need to get back to work so i decide to eat it. While eating i am waiting for someone to check on me so i could ask for some tobasco. Suffice to say that didn’t happen. Eventually had to get up to pay for my meal.Don’t eat here.
