Horrid food. Mutton bunny had pieces of meat that most place would toss away. Simply ghastly. Well past it sell by date (the takeaway). Far cry from what it used to be many owners before. Don’t waste your money on owners that think it’s ok to serve clients kak.

Hot Pot Curries is a little gem in Blairgowrie. During the last few months of my pregnancy, I pretty much ate there 4 times a week. It was like having one of my aunts cook for me. The food is always freshly prepared and good quality. Today we had Hot Pot cook us a pot of chicken biryani, dhall and the side salads for 15 people for my husband’s birthday. The food was divine and great value for money. The cook is a wonderfully loving lady who goes the extra mile to ensure you have enjoyed your meal. It’s a tiny little spot, but definitely worth a try.

Simple and delicious authentic Indian curries at a great price, not a fancy place but the food makes up for it. Often stop by for the lamb bunny chow.

Decided to pop in and try the Durban curry out. We had takeaway beef samoosas, chicken curry, broad bean curry & rotis.None of the food was too hot but on true Durban style it was spicy and very tasty. The curries did have quite a bit of oil but not excessive. My wife didn’t enjoy the bones in the chicken curry but we both agreed that the curries were delicious.

Stopped here to get some takeaway samoosas for a curry party. Unassuming place with authentic Indian mom in the kitchen cooking the Durban curries. They only had mutton samoosas so that’s all I can go on and we will try the curry the next time but if those samoosas are anything to go by j am sure the curries are going to be excellent. Best samoosas I have had in a while: will definitely be back
