Owner Riken has no clue about accountability and how he ruined the experience for my guests. Riken – use the money for a customer service course bud. Will never go back again
Very disappointed with the service. After eating the food the taste was good but a curry for R110 with only 3 pieces of meat was disappointing. Tried calling, the owner called me back but made it seem as if I was being dishonest. Would not order from here again even though he eventually said he will sort it out on my next order. Did not feel that I was treated with respect as a customer. Bunnie chow was also dry but biggest issue was the curry. Felt like eating a curry since I am very heavily pregnant, due next week actually and disappointed after being made to feel like I was being dishonest about food ordered and paid for. Really not good customer service. Ordered from you after reading good reviews online and some bad ones too but decided to support your establishment anyway. Will not be ordering from you again.
This was the best bunny i have had in a long while. The curry was excellent, the bread was amazing, soaked all the way through with gravy yet still firm. been there 2 weeks in a row now and have not been disappointed. Really excellent service. and the place was nice and clean
I ordered 2 quarter mutton bunnies, asked for xtra gravy and i got a bowl of water in return the owner tells me that they were thickening the gravy and it should not have come to me in that way. I really cannot see how these people get their ratings. the curry does not even look or taste like food cooked for day more like yesterdays food and to top it up flies galore flying around the food.
I can say i heard the best experience at this restaurant ranging from the warm welcome i got to the food and the atmosphere at The Curry Boss Hence five out five i give
