Service is always poor even at the new one. Waiters rather stand around then serve you. They set you down and then go and then you have to wait for someone to come and take your orders waited ten minutes for someone to come. Not a great experience and will not go back unless they up their game
We were the only ones there. Ordered the scramble eggs on toast and it took 25 minutes to get our meals. First and last time we will go there.
The atmosphere looked very nice when we sat down, but thats where the pleasantries stopped. When ordering from the menu 3 of the 7 items on the tapas menu were out of stock, only being informed after we ordered. We we’re left waiting an hour for the food, we decided well rather leave. The food magically appeared when we asked for our bill to leave. The food was tasteles and all came in the same sized bowls even when the chicken strips was supposed to be a light meal and didn’t even come with fries like it stated on the menu. The place left a bad taste in my mouth, what a waste of money.
What a beautiful atmosphere but the service is poor. I waited far to long for a drink that was more ice than drink and I had to pay R60 for it. I have been there twice and both times the food is awful. I am convinced the oil they fry in is not replaced and the food tastes of old oil. I am highly disappointed in this restaurants and left extremely unhappy
Visited here a second time for breakfast and each time have found the service to be poor. Waited more than 25 minutes for breakfast and still, nothing arrived. The kitchen had no activity at all as most of the customers had only ordered coffee and had been served and of us all sitting outside with no customers inside . I then cancelled my breakfast as they had still not even started to prepare it after asking and it seemed to have been forgotten. The waiter then informed the manager of my cancellation who was sitting outside having a meeting. She came over to apologise and then went to the kitchen to ask what was going on which was a bit late as I had already cancelled my order.
