  Enjoy their food but very little attention paid to customer service. I always order via UberEats and they get the order wrong 8/10 times. See attached image. Ordered strips, avo and coleslaw, I received a wrap and chips. The other time I found a live worm in their food (see attached image). It’s like they go out of their way to mess up customer experience.

  Food is pretty bland, staff from this Afros are extremely rude, especially a lady by the name of Vivienne, who even pulled a zap sign at a potential client. I would think being in the services industry she would conduct herself in a better fashion..

  I’ve been a super loyal customer of Afro’s Cape Town for ages and decided to order through Afro’s Sandown via the Uber app. It was highly suspicious that the order was delivered within 8 minutes however I didn’t pay much attention to it. I proceeded to open up my boxes (the chicken salad and strips) and immediately could see the issue; Afro’s Sandton is making these items in bulk; both the items were cold and weren’t fresh. This is a high volume business and not a high value business. I’m going to stick to Afro’s Cape Town who have the decency to actually take their time and prepare items as opposed to dump the morning’s batch into boxes and give them to Uber Eats to deliver. I’m actually livid! They can come and get the packet that they delivered (see image)

  New shop but not great chicken. Tastes like it’s been boiled and lacks flavour. Not going back. Many people I know have been disappointed with their meals too. Sorry guys but it’s a serious no from me
