I went to see a buddy at his work place and decided to have a meal at this local canteen – Fuel Bistro. I liked the menu selection – pretty large for a corporate bistro. I had the spicy chicken burger. It was really good. The pineapple was well grilled (actually one of the very few places where I enjoyed the pineapple in my burger), the chicken fillet was very succulent and flavorful with the cheese just oozing out with deliciousness. The chips were also well done. A pretty large meal for lunch! My buddy had the alfredo pasta which he also enjoyed. The only downfall was the table sizes – pretty tiny for the two of us with smaller than usual chairs, and we could also not get a drinks menu which led me to resort to water. However, the great taste covers up in this regard!

However today I get followed all the way into my office elevator just to get a accused of stealing a plastic fork. Really??? If the food is bad, atleast have good customer service but they are far from good.
Very cool Tony Stark’esque looking venue with a nice view of Sandton.The menu is full of variety, the staff are friendly and if you enjoy a good burger, give the Moroccan lamb burger a try, you will not be disappointed.
