Ordered the Mr Bean wrap with no feta. Feta was in the order and was sent back. Second order had feta on the edges. Can’t trust the kitchen to get it right. The manager did not address the issue until I went to him hours after the inside the as we were about to leave. To which he asked me to come again and they will do a better job. Not a satisfactory response. I have no desire to go back and pay them to do a better job after such a bad experience. Also the manager had a cloth dishcloth draped around his shoulder. He told me that it’s not standard to use a dishcloth, to which he replied that he used it for cleaning. It was hella disgusting with food all on it. Anyway according to HESSOP ( Hygiene standard for restaurants) there should be no dishcloths. Only disposable cloths to maintain health standards. So this manager is not demonstrating industry hygiene standard and the kitchen is in trustworthy.

It has always been a problem to find a venue that welcomes children and provides a menu and atmosphere better than restaurant chains. Gia’s provides a fantastic solution to this problem. The tables are in an established shrubbery far enough from one another to prevent rowdy little ones from disturbing other diners. The service is friendly and the food is excellent. Try one of their beef burgers they are infinitely better than those at expensive restaurants.
