I had not been to Parc Ferme in years, it is not what it used to be. Yesterday night I decided to visit with my cousin for an after work drink to wine down. We sat at an outside table and were ignored for a good 20 minutes (even when signaling to the waiters with our hands). I then had to dial the restaurant number and ask the waitress to please bring us some menus outside which she did. We enjoyed our wine and the complimentary bowl of nuts. Then again had to wait a long time for our bill, eventually another waiter brought our bill to us and we were on our way.My score is low as it was not a good experience, there was a lack of service (the restaurant was quite empty but service was so slow), I will definatley be visiting again soon and hopefully my rating will change.

This is possibly the worst restaurant I have ever visited. The waiters are rude and do not understand the menu. I visited this restaurant on 26 January 2018 with a friend. Upon arrival, we ordered food from their African menu. When our food arrived, it was not what we had ordered. It became apparent that the waiters were not trained and did not know the different food on the African menu. After much debate, the chef came out and apologised and brought us the correct meal. We then decided to take our food away. When I got home, I realised that the waiters had only given me half my meal – they had simply stolen the rest of my food. I ordered their Red Red (which is beans stew and fried plantain). They had only given me the beans stew without the fried plantain. I had paid for this food and could not believe that a restaurant of this calibre would have such thieving staff. I do not recommend this restaurant.
