Really cool little place in the heart of Parkmore,great for drinks and a quick dinner with friends. Came as part of restaurant week and felt that it was value for money. The food was good but I felt some of the dishes needed something extra to really make them delicious.The hot doughnut balls were by far the favorite dessert, especially on a cold evening!Good service, good vibe. Recommended
We went for dinner on a very quiet Monday evening. Shared the braai board (okay overall, except for the pap balls which are amazing little pillows of goodness). Food a bit overpriced to my mind and service could be better, but a nice place for a relaxed catch-up with friends.
Parliament is the bar you’ll find you the stairs from Thief. We watched rugby after a ladies lunch. The ambience was great. I had a delicious gin and tonic. It was definitely much more enjoyable than other sports bars.
A group of 14 of us went to Parliament for dinner and drinks last night. We had a good experience until we received the bill. Our table was charged for numerous drinks and items of food that no one at the table had ordered. When taking it up with the manager on duty and the waiters they became extremely argumentative and did not want to remove these items from our bill. The total of these items was substantial and not made in error. This is unacceptable and is theft. We will never step foot in this restaurant again and be sure to spread the word to all customers – make sure you check your bill!!
