The food was disgusting and this is after having placed an order got there the guy that took the order said that he forgot to place the order and then to add insult to injury the chicken was dry and tasted burnt. Lots of customers but what unbelievable service. The orders are all over the place. No order at all where is management. Rivonia Road is just useless
The rating was not because of the quality of the chicken, but because of the poor quality of service I received when collecting my order. I don’t know if it was the system (because the cashier got my order correct) or that the people preparing the food was simply too lazy to read my order but the worst part is that the staff were rude and unwilling to change my order. (For one of the combos I ordered, I asked for regular mash as a side but they insisted on stuffing the cajun fries at me). I told them I wanted to change the side but they ignored me and wanted to chase me away. They seriously need to be trained because it feels like that they don’t care about customer service. Well, these rude staff members has successfully chased me away from this outlet as I will be coming back anytime soon and worst of all, its likely that management would not even take note of this anyways.

The pricing is reasonable and we get great value for money.I have tried the chicken burger in mild. The chicken tenders in mild and the chicken pieces in mild and spicy. Everything was excellent.The chicken is perfectly cooked. Juicy and best of all, not oily like some chicken places. And its consistently good. I haven’t had a bad meal here(touch wood).It is unfair to compare them to a traditional restaurant as they are a fast food joint. They are good at the fast food part.I am going to have something from there every time I go to Sandton(and it’s alot) Haha.Ps the service is great. Just be nice to the person behind the till 🙂
Went there they had no spicy mayo sauce so the offered another sauce for my nuggets, it was ice cold sauce so bad the nuggets tasted like they were cooked in old oil either, the food is ok or the worst thing you will ever taste I’m gonna start giving this place a miss
