Consistently average food and service. This place could be so much better. Kids love the play area and the coffee isn’t bad. Managers don’t ever seem to care too much.
I love the fact that the play area is lovely, that is why our mom group met here. The service was terrible even though it was basically completely empty. The waiter also said they only get paid their tips month end so he would like cash only, which I found cheeky. The manager wasn’t anywhere to be seen.. The children’s French toast wasn’t great at all. I had avo on toast, I guess avo is expensive but it was R17 for 5 tiny pieces which barely covered the toast. Rather go to papachinos as the meals are better, the management is always involved and present.
Was invited to Ri’stretto for a birthday party. Service was mediocre, and food less than. I can see the appeal for people with children to go there. If the food was anygood I would have given a better rating.
Really bellow average food and service. Waiter messed up our order, twice. Coffee was good and kids enjoyed the play area, but won’t be rushing back.
